Account Settings

Account Settings stores all personal and default information related to your NetGen account. Account Name, Phone #, Email, Billing Address, Start and Expiration Date, interface Language and more is set up here. This is also where all Information for your “My Signature” (located in LG Dashboard/Tools) comes . This is the only area in which “My Signature” can be edited.

Keep your account information up to date. If at anytime you change your email, address, or phone number - login and update your account information. Your Network Customer Service representatives will reference this information when assisting you with your account.

When the time comes to Renew your account, you can automaticaly Renew by clicking on the "Renew" button, located in the upper right hand side of your screen (when logged in). You will also see the date in which your account expires. If your account has already expired and you wish to renew, when you enter your User Name and Password, you will be prompted to renew. Simply follow the instructions to renew your account.
