Add a Lead

Manually add a lead through these channels: Quick Add, Lead Signup Form, and Import Leads.  

>> Quick Add

Quick Add consists of First Name, Last Name and Email. A Lead can be communicated in any language that is within your Default Market.

Step 1: Choose a Default Language. If available, the lead will receive email communication in the chosen language.
Step 2: Fill in First Name, Last Name and Email.
Step 3: Click “Add Lead”.

The lead has been added.

>> Signup Form


A Lead Signup Form collects data from Survey Questions on the form. All data collected will go into the Lead Details of the lead. For example, you can collect Phone Number, Physical Address, Interests of the lead, and more. 

Step 1: Click “Or Select a Signup Form”
Step 2: From the dropdown menu, choose the form that you wish to use to add a lead.
Step 3: Click “Add Lead”.
Step 4: The Window will refresh into a new window. On the left side of the page, you will see the Form. Fill out the form. When you have completed filling out the form, click “Submit”.

You  can  either  click  “Add  Another  Lead”  at  the  bottom  of  the  block,  or  “Back  to  List”  and  you  will  be  brought  back  to  the Dashboard.

>> Import Leads

Import leads from a spreadsheet document, like Microsoft Excel. The First Name, Last Name and Email of a Lead can be imported, with up to 15 leads at a time. System default allows up to 250 leads in a thirty‐day rolling period. This includes leads collected through all forms, manually added, or imported. After quota is met, any prospects that submit a form will receive a message reading "Please contact Associate directly, their Inbox is full."

Step 1: In an Excel spreadsheet, highlight the fields that you want to import. (First Name, Last Name, Email Address)
Step 2: Once you have highlighted the fields, right click with your mouse. A window will open up ‐ click "copy"
Step 3: In IsaLeads, go into "Leads", and then into "Import Leads".
Step 4: In the white box, right click your mouse. A new window will open. Click "Paste".
Step 5: Your data will now be in the white box. Now Click on "Analyze" Data.
Step 6: Match up the columns to the correct fields. Example: Column A = First Name, Column B = Last Name, Column C = Email address.
Step 7: If you want these imported leads to go into the same Category, choose which Category from the drop down menu.
Step 8: Click the "Import Data" button.

Your leads have been added. If you did not choose to import these leads into a Category, you can now manually move each lead into the appropriate Category.
