Prospects are assigned to categories and the category determines which email messages the prospect will receive. Category naming conventions also follow a sales flow.
Categories follow a sales flow, as well as email messages that reflect where the prospect is in the sales flow. By moving the prospect from one category to another, new email messages are triggered that take a prospect from interested to a customer.
