Is there a support website?
Yes, we have full support resources available for you to utilize. We know just how valuable your time is and want you to be able to quickly access training materials and get support whenever you need it.
Our Support Generator was specifically designed to provide you with 24-hour access to all kinds of useful information and documention including: On-Demand Webinars, Online and On-Demand Support Generator and On-Demand Knowledgebase.
To the left you can navigate all NetGen modules and view written how-to's to utilize your system. Want to view a Webinar? On the bottom of the Support Generator you will see a listing of short On-Demand Webinars that you can play at anytime. Have a question? Click on the Knowledgebase in the upper right corner to view hundreds of Questions with On-Demand Answers.
Is all NetGen content compliant?
All content within your NetGen account is compliant to your company brand. What does compliance mean? In NetGen, it means that all of your network branded marketing material, images, documents, and media files have been approved for you to use. This keeps your company brand consistent, your message consistent, and peace of mind knowing that you are representing your company the way they want you to.
Can I be notified when a new lead goes into my account?
Yes. In Account Settings, in User Logins, you can choose to be notified by email when a new lead is entered in your account.
I just got my new account, what is the best way to get started?
The first objective is to learn how to add leads into your account. Your account may have come with Network Campaigns which are already created, so communicating with your leads will be essential. Click on "Campaign" on the left navigation and learn how a full circle campaign works. Lead follow-up is essential and NetGen allows you to stay in communication with your leads through Categories - that send out scheduled email messages. All email messages are pre-written and designed to stay in touch and drive a prospect to decision.
Can I create my own campaigns?
Yes you can. Depending on the permissions your admin has set for your account, you can create your own campaigns. On the left navigation, click on Campaigns - Build Your Own and learn how to create Categories, Signup Forms, Email Messages, Web Pages & more!
I am having a problem logging in with my user name and password.
If you cannot login with your User Name and Password, click on "Lost Password" on the login page and enter your account email address. Your password will be sent to the email account you have in Account Settings. If you do not remember your User Name, contact your Network Administrator.
