One of NetGen's great features is the sharing feature - or the deploying of content objects and campaigns to users. Users within your network are set to a permission group. Administrators share content objects with permission groups. If a content object has been shared with a user's permission group - they will have access to the content. If content has not been shared with a user's permission group - they will not have access to the content. This feature allows administrators to have multiple levels of permission groups and control content to each specific group, keeping users compliant and the brand with consistent uniformity.
When content objects have been shared with a permission group, the content object will be available to all users within that permission group. Content can be shared and un-shared by the administrator at any time.
