Your User Account stores account settings that effect the way you communicate to your leads. Based on your Permission Group, you will have options available to edit.
Your User Account Name will display at the top of the screen and is also used in your My Signature. This name will also be used by CSR's (Customer Service Reps) to identify your account.
The subdomain mirrors your User Name when logging into NETGEN. It is also used to personalize all dynamic content including Web Pages, links within shared Email Messages, your My Signature, shared Lead Signup Forms and more.
Example of subdomain on Web Pages: Subdomain is: builder
Web Page is: www.builder.companydomain.com
By adding the subdomain to the webpage, dynamic content will render that is specific to your account.
This is the Market that your account is set to. Market determines the language(s) of the content that is available in your NETGEN account. For example, if your account is set to "United States", you will view shared content that has been created and is available in the United States.
The language in which the NETGEN application and content within the application will be
displayed.
The Signup Date is the date in which your account became active. The Expiration Date is the date in which your account will expire.
The Image that will display in your My Signature. This feature may not be available.
The web page that will automatically display without typing a page extension: Example: www.yoursubdomain.mycompanydomain.com. Your default web page will automatically be within your My Signature.
Step 1: Choose from the available page names.
Step 2: Click View
Step 3: Click Save Changes.
You will be sent an email notification that a change has been made to your account.
The Lead Category that all manually added Quick Add leads will go into. Editing this field may not be available.
Your My Signature will default on all shared Email Messages and shared Network Pages. Creating multiple signatures and choosing an alternate default signature may not be available.
The Shipping Information is your default shipping address for Marketing Generator Orders. If you live in an apartment or complex, please include your suite number to ensure proper delivery of marketing products ordered.
Edit Shipping Information
Step 1: Click on Account Settings.
Step 2: Under Edit User Account, navigate to Shipping Information fields.
Step 3: Edit the fields.
Step 4: Click Save Changes.
Default Shipping information will default when ordering Marketing Generator products, however, address can be modified at point of purchase when ordering.
