Tools

The Tools section lets you get creative with created campaigns. Utilize the Signature Wizard to create multiple signatures that can be placed on email messages and web pages. Create a Lead Coop that automatically distributes leads from internet marketing to coop members.

Signature Wizard

Your Signatures that display on all Email Messages and Web Pages are managed in the the Signature Wizard. Your account comes with a "My Signature" which becomes your default signature on all email messages and web pages. However, you can create additional signatures that have unique web addresses, phone numbers, etc - and place them on specific email messages or web pages. The Signature Wizard gives you flexibility to drive your prospects where you want. 

Your "My Signature"

Your "My Signature" is populated with fields in your Account Settings and include:

 - First and Last Name
 - Phone Number
 - Default Web Page
 - Email address
 - Signature Image (Optional) Please see Account Settings to add an image to your
    My Signature

Your "My Signature" is automatically placed on all shared Email Messages sent to your leads as well as on your Network Web Pages. This can not be changed.

Create a Signature

Create a Signature:

Step 1:     Click the “Lead Generator” tab
Step 2:     Click the “Tools” sub-tab
Step 3:     Click the “Add Signature” button located in the “Signature Wizard”
Step 4:     Insert the signature name and click “Add Signature”
Step 5:     Locate your signature name and click on it to view the edit screen
Step 6:     Select a user image to be positioned on the left hand side of your
                  signature. (Images can be uploaded through your “Content Library”.
                  See “Images, Documents & Media” and click “Add Images”)
Step 7:     Choose if you would like the preset “Join Now” & “Buy Now” links displayed
                  below your custom signature
Step 8:     Select “Edit” to create your custom signature with the tools provided or copy
                  and paste from another word processor. (You can add links with the hyperlink
                  tool to direct traffic as needed)
Step 9:     Select “Save Changes” when you have completed created your signature
Step 10:   Your signature is complete.


Once a new Signature is created, you can assign your new Signature to individual Email Messages created by you or you can choose it as your default Signature. (See “Campaign” – “Create an Email Message”. Also select your default signature in the “Account Settings” tab).

Lead Coops

A Lead Coop campaign allows you to manage a shared revenue marketing campaign and distribute “leads” generated from the campaign according to which users have "shares" in the Coop. In other words, your marketing dollars just got larger. 

Here’s an example: Let’s say you want to put an ad in your local newspaper, and you get together with a few NETGEN Users to “split” the ad costs. The ad costs become a value of "shares". You create a Coop, add Members, and give them "shares" to the Coop. Based on the number of shares they have - leads will automatically be distributed to them - right into their Lead Generator account. As the Owner of the Lead Coop - you can view all leads generated by the campaign, however you can only manage leads that have been distributed to you. Each Member owns their own distributed leads. As leads come in from the campaign, the leads are dispersed according to shares purchased. It's that simple.

While preparing to create a Lead Coop, keep in mind that the only mandatory piece to generate and distribute leads is a Lead Signup Form. The other pieces are optional based on the details necessary for the campaign.
Options:
 - A Lead Signup Form can be placed on a partner web page with the Link Generator.
     (See Web Generator - Link Generator)
 - A Lead Signup Form can be placed on a NETGEN Web Builder Page.
 - A Lead Signup Form can be connected to a Category.

Create a Lead Coop

Create a Lead Coop:

Step 1: Click the Add Coop button.
Step 2: Name of the Coop.
Step 3: Click the Add Coop button.  You will now see the Coop added to the list.
Step 4: Double click on the Coop name. A new window opens with these sections:

    1. Coop Details
    2. Coop Members
    3. Coop Leads

Coop Details

The Coop you choose will automatically be populated in the Coop Name field. The next field is the Lead Signup Form or Forms attached to this Coop. Multiple Lead Signup Forms can be attached to the same Lead Coop. A New Coop will say “None”. The next step is to attach a Lead Signup Form to this Coop.

Add a Lead Signup Form to the Coop:

Step 1: Click on the Campaign Tab.
Step 2: Under Lead Singup Forms, either create a new form, or click on an existing Lead Signup Form you will use for this Coop.
Step 3: Once you have clicked on the name of the Lead Signup Form, the window will refresh and you will see Lead Signup Form Details.
Step 4: In this area, you will see a field that says: Coop for New Leads. From the dropdown menu - choose the Coop to attach this Form to.
Step 5: Click Save Changes.

Note: All leads, including manually added leads, that go through Lead Signup Forms attached to Lead Coops will be dispersed to Members of the chosen Coop.


Add Lead Coop Members

Coop Members
You can add as many Coop Members as you want to each Lead Coop.  In order to add a Member, they must be a user of NETGEN and you must know their User Account name. If they are not a user, they will not be able to participate with your Coop.

Add a Coop Member:

Step 1: Click the "Add Coop Member" button. The window will refresh.
Step 2: Type in the User Name. (case sensative)
Step 3: Type in the number of shares associated to the User. (See Dispersing Shares below)
Step 4: Click "Save Changes"
Step 5: Add another Member.
   
Disperse Shares to each Member: Round Robin   

This system uses “shares”  as  the portion of leads that will be allocated to each User. For Example: If there are 10 Users in a Coop and five (5) have two shares, and the remaining five have one (1) share, ALL USERS will receive one (1) lead each. Then, the USERS with two (2) shares will receive a second lead each. The disbursement will begin again – round robin style. 

Leads Generated from Lead Coops

Within the Lead Coop, the Leads area will display all leads that have originated from the Coop. The Owner of the Coop (the User who created the Coop) will be able to view all leads originated from the Lead Coop, however lead details are only viewed by the owner of each lead. Each Member of the Coop will be able to view leads and lead details that have gone into their account.

Delete a Lead Coop Member

Delete a Lead Coop Member:

Only owners of Lead Coops can add and delete Coop Members from a Lead Coop Campaign.

Step 1: Within the Lead Coops block, click on the Lead Coop name you wish to manage.
Step 2: Under Coop Members, place a check box next to the Member you wish to delete.
Step 3: Click Delete Selected.

The Member will no longer receive leads through this Coop.

Delete a Lead Coop

Only Lead Coop owners can delete Lead Coops. Once a Lead Coop is deleted - all data, including lead generated from the Coop will no longer be available by the administrator. Leads generated will still display in the Leads tab to the Lead Coop Members.

Delete a Lead Coop:

Step 1: In the Lead Coop block, place a check box next to the Lead Coop you wish to delete.
Step 2: Click Delete Selected.

The Lead Coop has been deleted.
