Below is the architecture for creating and managing the content in a Dashboard. The main elements have been created including Layouts, Pages, and Templates. Each are filed under the Folder: Dashboard (DB). It is recommended to review the Templates and Layouts available. To create additional Pages and Predefined Regions, utilize the Layouts and Templates provided. By following the instructions below, you'll be able to easily and quickly add and manage content within the Dashboard.
Each Page and Predefined Region provided has a naming convention that allows for easy management. The beginning of the name will start with DB: followed by the Object Name and finished with the Permission Group. Example: DB: Main Ad GenDrive. Predefined Regions that are used across multiple Permission Groups will follow the aforementioned naming convention minus the Permission Group. It is recommended to continue using the same naming convention when creating and managing content.
