Q: Who provides the marketing products I can choose from to print?
A:  The marketing materials and the options that are available as well as the printers and prices for materials are determined by your system administrator. Any issues, comments or suggestions on the availability or design of marketing materials should be shared with your system administrator.

Q: Can I use my own images in some of the marketing products?
A: Yes, depending on the options that have been provided, you can use
     images from your Library Generator in Marketing Generator print products.

Q: What resolution should my images be that I upload?
A: For print to be of the highest quality, we suggest that any image that you will upload
     to be printed is no less than 300 dpi. Images should also be jpg, gif, tiff, & png files.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Most products take between 5-7 days for delivery.

Q: Will a proof be sent to my email account prior to printing and shipping?
A: No. A proof will be seen immediately after you customize and preview the product. The
    image along with the information on the screen is your proof. When ordering, once you
    check the  “Approved” box and submit payment information, the printer will process your
    order. To view previous orders, click on the "Orders" tab, and then click "View Proof".

Q: What type of paper is used for the business cards?
A: This varies by printer and by product. Contact the printer for specifics.

Q: How long does it take for me to receive my order?
A: The amount of time it takes to receive an order depends on the item and the shipping option selected. Most products take between 5-7 days for delivery. You will be notified by the printer handling the order with shipping information when your materials have been shipped. 

Q: I have not received my order, who do I contact to see if my order has shipped?

A: Contact the printer. You will receive an email when your order ships. You can also verify if your order has been processed (See orders in Process).
