NetGen makes it simple to keep track of all past orders, view current order status and reorder previous purchases. Search for all past orders by date range, order confirmation number and unprocessed orders.
Search Orders
NetGen uses the date in which products were ordered for searching. This is called the Place Date. When searching for past orders, you can search by:
- Range of Dates
- Confirmation Order
- Show Unprocessed Orders
Simply choose the desired search criteria and click “Search”. Any orders within your criteria will display.
View Proof: Click on View Proof to view the exact proof that was sent to the printer.
Placed: Displays the date and time in which the product was ordered.
Confirmation Number: Order # asociated to your order.
Received: Yes, Printer has received order. No, Printer has not received order.
Reorder: Click on the Reorder button and you will be able to customize and reorder your past order.
