Adding your VONAGE VOIP line in NetGen allows all voicemail messages to be dropped in as a lead within your account. The message will show up within your Leads tab and you can listen to the message directly from your NetGen account.

Step 1: Login to your VONAGE account of the phone # to be forwarded to your NetGen account.
Step 2: Click "Voicemail" in the top menu.
Step 3: Click "Voicemail Settings" (right of current phone number).
Step 4: Click on "Voicemail Email Notification".
Step 5: Click on "Enable Notification with Audio File (.wav) Attachment".
Step 6: Enter: voicemail@infoseekdirect.com
Step 7: Click "Save Changes".

Next, login to your NetGen account and follow these steps:

Step 1: After logging in, click on the "Tools" tab.
Step 2: In the Phone Lines block, click on "Add phone line".
Step 3: Enter the VONAGE phone number in the format: 18885551234.
Step 4: Click "Add Phone Line".

Recorded messages to your VONAGE line will automatically post to your NetGen Account. You can listen to the call directly in NetGen and put the lead information directly into Lead Details.
