With the Signature Wizard you can create multiple signatures’ that can be used on your Build Your Own Email Messages and on your Build Your Own Web Pages.   

» My Signature

Your account comes with a “My Signature”. Your “My Signature” is your default signature and will display at the bottom of each of your EmailMessages.  All data populated in your "My Signature" comes from your Account Settings. If you wish to update this information or to put a photo in your "My Signature", go to your Account Settings and update the information. Changes made in Account Settings will automatically update your "My Signature".

The fields that automatically display in your "My Signature" are: Account Name, Account Phone, Default Web Page, & Email Address.

» Build Your Own Signature

You can create multiple customized signatures with the Signature Wizard. Once a new Signature is created, you can set your new Signature to each Email Message that you choose. (See Campaign - Build Your Own - Email Messages). To create a Signature, follow these steps:

Step 1: Click “Add Signature”. The window will refresh. 
Step 2 : Fill out all of the fields that you wish to be displayed on your Signature. Any fields left "blank" will not display
Step 3: Click “Add Signature”. 

Edit Your Signature

Each Signature you create can be edited at any time.

Step 1: Click on the name of the Signature you wish to Edit. The window will refresh.
Step 2 : Under “Signature Preview”, click on Edit. The window will refresh.
Step 3: You can now edit the contents of your signature.
Step 4: Add an image (company logo or a head shot) from images in your Content Library.
Step 5: Click “Save Changes”.
